The panel is river canyon locked and can’t be reached by any other means except a boat. The petroglyphs are 10 miles upriver from Lees Ferry, the put in spot for float trips down the Colorado River into the Grand Canyon. Upriver from Lees Ferry is a winding section of the Colorado River below Glen Canyon Dam, above the dam is Lake Powell.
