I’ve been visiting the Book Gallery for at least 30+ years. I know I was going there in the 90’s. I kinda know the owner, Mike. I’ll ask him when he opened. I know he has moved a couple of times…
Old used book stores have a certain feel, a look, a smell. A mix of wood, old paper, books, a slightly musty smell. It’s a familiar smell no matter where the store is. I can smell a good bookstore.
The Book Gallery is obviously my favorite.
